I'm sorry, but that's a *very old* story. I heard it first as a story about the Pullman Company early in the 20th Century. A male passenger complained about bedbugs, and got the obligatory nice letter, refund, etc. Pinned to the letter (the story predates paper clips) was a handwritten note: "Send the ******* the bedbug letter".

Prior to airlines, people loved to complain about rail service. However, the Pullman Company was always known for its very high standards, so I rather doubt there were any bedbugs to be found in Pullman sleeping cars.

Thanks it was good for a chuckle. I went on and read several other articles which I found interesting. People surely had an opinion about our election.

Apologies if it is an old story - I hadn't heard it and thought others might enjoy it.

Heatherite, I laughed, even though I heard the story years ago. Good jokes are always worth retelling. Thank you for posting it.
