Reported in the LA Times and elsewhere that this project is now estimated at $98.5 billion. Original estimate when this was presented to CA voters was $34B which was subsequently, after the voting, revised up to $43B. Of this $98.5 they project (??) 20% to come from private investors. Additionally the completion date is now year 2033, up from 2020.

Any projections or predictions about the next revision of costs and completion date?
