Richard   PullmanCo Member # 1138 posted At what point will STB/DOJ say no, anti-competitive? We are getting close. I don't think a merger is viable from the regulators in this Administration. Much depends on the 2016 election cycle. A Democrat (eg, Hillary), will probably mean no anti-trust level mergers. A Republican may well... My thoughts.
