I'm pretty sure somebody here warned against that. Let's let the investigators do their jobs to rule out anything external that could have been a factor. There have been too many accidents even in my lifetime where fingers have been pointed by supposedly educated people but when the accident report comes out it turns out there was a major twist in the story.
