Need some help from someone with an Amtrak system timetable.
What trains stop at what stations in "eastern Canada" around 0700 heading to NY?

Mike, here's the path at Amtrak dot com to get a System TT:

No train leaves Eastern Canada that early.
Presently, the Maple Leaf leaves Toronto at 8:55AM. It stops in Oakville ON (9:19), Aldershot (9:32) Grimsby (10:09) St Catherines (10:29) and Niagara Falls ON (10:51) before entering NYS at Niagara Falls NY (and then Buffalo) and heading across to Albany and down to NYC (Grand Central Station all summer, btw), getting in at 9:55PM if on time (rare). It is technically a VIA train until it crosses into NYS, although the train equipment is the same (and Amtrak's), the staff and snackbar are different!
The Adirondack leaves Montreal at 10:15AM and stops in St Lambert QC (10:30) before heading down into NYS at Rouses Point and continuing through Albany to NYC, getting there (again, Grand Central instead of Penn Station for the summer) if on time at 8:51PM.
Where will you be in Canada?

Mr. Harris, thank you for doing my job. I was downstairs sitting in my Ekornes chair and using my phone. For whatever reason, Android hides the link to a pdf file. I should have gotten off my can, gone upstairs to my office, fired up my Dell desktop and "done it right" as you have for the Forum's benefit.
