Unless the C19 virus claims another (business) casualty there is this offering to consider
and the make up consist getting the cars to the Huntington WV location:

Cincinnati Daylight Express
https://www.etix.com/ticket/v/16342

All using Amtrak locomotives

So far no indication of this being a NO-GO - - -
May have a MASKED bandito requirement and there
maybe some distance spacing in some of the cars.
With baited breath awaiting a chance for some
degree of liberation and libation from the status
quo quarantine.

It is now official the ACE rail trips for 2020 are CANCELLED !
All the reservation data is being moved till next year 2021 -
Including the Cincinnati Daylight Express trip -

Just too darn many complications with satisfying the virus safety procedures !

"Friend-261"... I would imagine the main issue is NOT making a profit unless almost every seat is filled. Running a private car excursion at even 80 percent will not cover expenses. I have helped some private car owners plan trips --- and on one --- every seat was filled... and in the end, we maybe made $2,000 or $2,500, if that. And this was a relatively simply daytrip out of Chicago that a lot of people bulked at the price for.
