I work as a manager for the Wisconsin Great Northern Railroad -- and we recently acquired the Mark Twain Zephyr. We are in the final stages of researching and publishing a 400+ history book about the train. I was wondering if there was anyone out there who might have some old photos or has memories of riding the train? We are really looking for photos of either it in service or maybe photos you have after its gone into private hands. We have a lot of photos and items to sort through already, but maybe there are some stones we have not turned over yet. E-mail me at rtabern@spoonertrainride.com if you have some good photos or have memories of riding.
