Does any have a clue on which frequencies CPR, CN and Via use in Kingston, Ontario?

Hi James and welcome.

Canadian National's Kingston Subdivision (Montreal-Toronto mainline) runs through the northern part of the city of Kingston. CN uses 161.415 (AAR 87) for train communications and 161.205 (AAR 73) to contact the Rail Traffic controller (dispatcher). VIA Rail operates on CN track and uses the same radio frequencies.

Canadian Pacific doesn't operate in the Kingston area. Their mainline is quite a distance north of there.
