Farnsworth, as I noted at your site, when I first visited the "Mother Country" during '60, the Class 23 Deltic locomotives appearing on the noted book's cover were active. I think I have a photo of one taken at King's X. By the time I next visited during '71, I observed only one, likely a Class 55, at Doncaster.
