Hi there, I am Peter, I am a student and I am trying to solve a shunting problem for a steel factory. I have browsed all over Wikipedia to get familiar with train terminology. And many question still!

I am building a simulator for this steel plant. And the object model is almost finished. My first question on this would be:
If I call a 'train' a locomotive with 'wagons'. What kind of name could I give to the set of wagons behind the loc? Is that a 'wagon-set' or something?

I forgot to mention that there are two types of 'wagon-sets'. Ones that are homogenous like coal or ore. And some that are mixed. Could be that there are two different terms for that also.

Thanks, Peter
