I didnt hear it on the news, i wasnt paying attention..but i heard someone brought a loco to a stop after it started by itself or something?! All I saw was a pic of the back end of the loco. Anyone know the details?

My wife said she saw something like this on a.m. t.v. news. Idaho she thought, runaway loco stopped by motorcycle cop after he climbed aboard and started throwing levers at random hoping brake was among them, until iy finally stopped.
