SWC is now stopping in Flagstaff 1 hr earlier at 5:15 a.m. but still shows an arrival time of 4:30 p.m. in Chicago. Then on April 30 SWC starts arriving in Chicago at 3:20 p.m. with no change in the arrival time at Flagstaff. What's happening here? Is BNSF doing track work?

Arizona does not utilize Daylight Savings Time. Perhaps this is a part of the schedule change???

Don't know about the spring schedule change as I haven't seen it, but do know that through April 7th, the long service stop at LaJunta has been eleminated because there is track work being done on the Belen freight route with expected freight diversions to the northern route which could cause delays to the SWC. This only affects the SWC schedule between LaJunta - Albquerque wb and LaJunta - KC eastbound.
