Can you post more specific details on your itinerary? I'll swing by a station and say hi.

BWAHAHAHAHAAHAAHA

I'm outahere in 2 days and a wakeup!!!!!!

Austin-Milwaukee, then Milwaukee-Willianms Junction (May 4), then Williams Junction-San Diego (May 8), then San Diego-Austin (May 9)

Got my cameras ready, batteries charged, and getting clothes packed (Very long range weather looks like a bit of snow at the Grand Canyon!) Last Year, we were snow bound at Glacier Park in May. We wouldn't mind a repeat!

Hi Viking-
Hope you have a great trip. Please post your experiences, esp on viarail, which I'll be on in the summer. I envy your going at the end of May. It'll be quieter than July!
