what r the starlight frequencies from Moorpark 2 Portland?

I will board at Glendale and i know the valley sub.

If by "frequencies" you mean radio channels, look here: http://communities.prodigy.net/trains/frq-star.htm

If by "frequencies" you mean how often does it run, it runs once a day in each direction. http://www.amtrak.com/trains/coaststarlight.html
