Last weekend I rode the train from Alexandria to Newport News. According to the schedule it had planned to start using the Main Street station in Richmond after June.
As of August 16 the station was still closed. Anyone know if/when Main St. will be opened as a station stop?
For those who haven't seen it, Main St. is a classic old station, and the tracks on either side are elevated. The station is only a few blocks from the "triple crossing", although the view is somewhat ruined by all of the freeway pillars in the area.
