I know that some ware there must be a list of for Amtrak trains.
Does any one know where to find them? Do you pick up a lot of information while
listening during your trip?

Thank you for the help.

http://www.on-track-on-line.com/amtrak-freqs.shtml - by train.

I'm not sure whether "where to find them" meant "where do I find scanners" or "where do I find a web page listing frequencies". The latter is above, the former you should be able to find in an electronics store like Radio Shack.

You can pick up some interesting info, like why you're stopped, what the train is going past you, any slow orders ahead, talking defect detectors that state speed, etc.
