There is no passenger rail in south dakoda at all, what do you mean all 50 states?

Jonathon, the Empire Builder runs every day through the State of North Dakota making stops at the following cities:

Williston, Stanley, Minot, Rugby, Devil's Lake, Grand Forks, & Fargo.

I did a small corner into South Dakota and stayed the night in Souix Falls on the Milwaukee Road 261 three day trip from North Kansas City to Minnepolis. http://www.trainweb.org/chris/Trip_CirclesSD.html
