I just got my NARP News and the lead story is "Diner Changes Herald 'Operational Changes.'" Frankly, it doesn't sound all that bad, but perhaps NARP is trying to put it in a good light. Although I have visions of canned powdered eggs for breakfast.

NARP has the delicate job of trying to balance on a very thin beam.

Advocating for positive change would be even more difficult if NARP alienated those who are in a position to dictate policy, thus NARP really can't go on the attack in ways we sometimes wish they could.
