I can report that the NEW southbound Amtrak San Joaquin 704 is departing Sacramento CA , as I write this, at about 445 PM(3-18). This info courtesy of the EXCELLENT Roseville radio stream(www.railroadradio.net), This delay was due to problems setting up the air from the cab car on the train. I understand the scheduled departure time is 425 PM for train 704. This is a heads-up for any folks that are waiting down the line for this train.
