Nice Pacific Surfliner story in the San Diego Union-Tribune:

http://tinyurl.com/24qjy6

"During recent round trips from downtown's Santa Fe Depot to L.A.'s Union Station, we couldn't find a single disappointed Surfliner passenger. Each train left on time, arrived on time. In both coach and business classes, service was consistently friendly and efficient."

Thanks Greg for the link. I've ridden with Howard, the steward mentioned in the article, and he is a very nice gentleman.
