Since Amtrak and GrandLuxe are teaming up this fall, I'm looking for folks who can tell me about their actual experiences aboard GrandLuxe Rail trains, good and bad. (Not links to blogs and travel forums, but actual two-legged human people I can ask questions of...)
Thanks.

Hadnt had any real experience but onour last trip one of the dining car attendants overheard us talking about the GrandLuxe and stated that it would work very well because their car attendants were not union.

From this it sounds like it may be a good thing for the GrandLuxe passengers that their attendants are not union.
