Wonderful. Every time I went through Philly, I always thought to myself, "You know what would look good there? An asymmetrical, 450-foot tall shard of ice. Yeah . . ."

I heard a while back Amtrak was looking at putting up a hotel in Philly too. Any word on that?

It doesn't look like such a bad idea to me. Amtrak gets a steady source of cash to help keep the trains running and the building will provide a steady stream of passengers. Looks like a win-win deal to me.
