Amtrak P42 #142 with the black nose phase III paint scheme was heading the #314 River Runner out of Kansas City this morning. I spotted the locomotive from a distance yesterday and made an erroneous identification that it was #66. This morning I made my way a few hundred feet closer, to where I could get an accurate look at the number.
