Scott Walker--a well-known name to most readers at this site--will formally file his papers today and officially begin his campaign for the Presidency. Let's see if he decides to run a whistle-stop train tour as part of his campaign. I know where there are a couple of train sets sitting idle that could be rented for the tour.
