Who dispatches the Sprinter? Who dispatches the Coaster?

Does the same dispatch center handle the freight trains at night on the Sprinter ROW?

The Metrolink San Diego Sub Dispatcher does the entire line from Fullerton Jct to San Diego plus the Olive District so he does Coaster and
Sprinter is dispatched by itself from its Escondido Offices.
