Everyone doing international railroad work has been salivating over this project for several years. The latest appearing in the trade press is that they feel that they can do it without outside help. They are designing another smaller high speed scheme with some outside advice. In their tried and well perfected process, thew will analyze the design imput from the foreighn specialists on that project and "reverse engineer" it so that they can apply the process elsewhere themselves.
