I have some stewart/Kato F3 Phase I locos in the Northern Pacific roadname and some Phase II in the Southern Pacific roadname. The 'A' units have two headlights - one sitting on top of the other. I would like to know if either of these railroads used a mars light on their locos. If so, was the mars light on the top or on the bottom? I will be installing a DCC decoder in these units and would like to make use of a mars light if this was appropriate for these railroads.

Thanks,
