I was recently travelling through Demming, New Mexico and saw a string of freight cars parked on a siding. I have not seen this type of car before.

First, they were lettered "AZTEX". I assume this comes from Arizona-Texas. What railroad is this? I have not heard of them before.

Second, the cars looked similar to box cars, but had siding that looked like stainless steel. It made them appear almost like passenger cars without windows. Do any of you have information about this kind of car?

Thank you
