From the San Diego Union Tribune (4/20):
The North county Transit District Board authorized spending $624,000 for emergency repairs to the Del Mar bluffs, where the former Santa Fe line runs through Del Mar. A 15 foot section of retaining wall fell 40 feet to the beach below. (No track was damaged, but this area was a fill from an earlier repair in the 1940's.)
The article did not mention that any trains were cancelled.
The area is between 7th and 8th Streets in Del Mar.

Glad to hear it. The news article made it sound like some folks may be over-cautious. Hard for me to judge...I have not seen the damage.
