I interviewed for a conductor position earlier this month. I thought it went well, but received an email 3 days later stating,
"You successfully completed the testing and interview processes for Conductor Trainee Position and were selected to receive a contingent offer of employment. At this time, we are not extending these contingent offers as we are currently reviewing our hiring needs. This may impact the start date for the Conductor Trainee Program. Once the hiring needs have been evaluated, we will contact you via email with updates on your status".
what does this mean?
