I'll be going to Anaheim Friday night at 9:00 PM with grandchild, then boarding bus to go to motel (Disneyland trip). I'm planning to buy pass at ART kiosk - are these reliable? Any hints or suggestions are most welcome. Thanks!

I'm surprised nobody with more expertise than I hasn't jumped in on this one. My feeling is you will be fine. It's a major station and there should be lots of folks around to help if there is a problem.
Have a great time and say Hi to Mickey and the gang.

Reasonable to expect that options will be available but the only things I know about rail passenger connectivity in SOCAL are the things I read here.
