There is a new siding being built along the Surf Line/Coaster Route in Encintas. Evidently there was a bit of protesting by the locals.I don't see what the beef is about. The extra track is being built in an area where there already is plenty of room for another track; it's not like they lose parking spaces or park land.
The trains probably won't stop for that long while waiting for a meet.
