I placed an article from the Baltimore Sun on "Commuter Trains" which speaks to the ever-increasing ridership in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast. I was surprised when the article said Marc was in negotiations with Amtrak about running more trains on the Penn line. I guess I was not aware the Amtrak owned that line. And to think I was mad when O'Malley raised my taxes last year!!

Amtrak also runs all the MARC trains on that line, under contract. IINM, CSX runs the diesel trains on the other lines.
