or is there something wrong with the posts? Under topics all mine are lit up so I can't tell which are new. I have to try and remember which I last read. I did contact the moderator and he/she couldn't find anything wrong.

Not the computer; always blame the software! Can't you tell which are the newer posts by the date and time stamp?

Unrelated, but is anyone else around here afflicted with this malaise?

Another reason why I love our Macs!

BTW, we took the Powerbook G4 along on the South America trip and it performed in a stellar fashion everywhere. Now I need to learn how to blog.

Miss Vicki--

I found that using the computer from the ship was MUCH faster with my own computer instead of the "Cherry" brand in the computer center. I composed my e-mails off line and then was usually on and off the ship's connection in ten minutes or less.

We DID, however, use up a lot of time checking the local websites for fire information.

As another Mac user, no problems. I guess us Mac advocates are a bit smug about our computers, but I suspect our time is coming and the bad guys will send a virus our way.

Mr./Mrs Black, No I can't always tell by the date or time. Some people do not answer right away and unless you remember the number of posts it is easy to miss some. In the past only the new posts were lit up. Now both lines are.
