TRAINS Newswire reports that Phase III livery will be expanded beyond the "Heritage" locomotives and the now all delivered V-Bags.
If this rebranding moves forth any quicker than normal shopping of equipment, that should be under the "Micascope". Of course, let it be noted that there will be circus trains for a good while to come.
