Mr. Palmland, the linked article certainly means that some maritime operator means business to provide US-Cuba ferry service, This can only be a positive for Amtrak, although hardly to the extent of an Auto Train operating to Miami, or a far out I've seen proposed elsewhere; rebuilding the rail line to Key West and a ferry transfer there.
