I'm not sure if this was mentioned elsewhere, but there is a Wall Street Journal "Eating Out" article someone sent me called "Removeable Feast: The Last Steak on Amtrak," in which Raymond Sokolov bemoans having the last chef-cooked real steak on the Lakeshore Ltd to Chicago. I think you have to be signed up with the WSJ to get the article on line, though. Just thought I'd let you folks know in case you have access
