T O P I C     R E V I E W Sinclair Member # 5155 posted In some pictures I have seen of steam locomotives they are displaying two white flags, one on either side of the smokebox. CP 2816 often has these. Does anyone know what they mean?   Roger Hensley Member # 1374 posted Running Extra.
