When I opened the current issue of Rail Travel News (which I always look forward to) it was all smudged for more than half of the pages. What the hell is going on with the publication!? They claim it comes out every two weeks and it really came out 4 times last year! Telling the truth is necessary in order to hold your subscribers! What's happening to my beloved publication?!

I subscribe to RTN and I have gotten ONE and only ONE subscription, which was also outdated. I enjoy there publication when I get it!

#662 looks a bit "ratty", but is still legible.
