I have reservations for bedroom "J" on Auto Train. I believe this is in an all-deluxe sleeper. Where is the bedrrom on the car? Is this a good location?

In the cars configured 10Dlx 4Std 1Spl, Deluxes are designated A-L, H is the Special (I believe the term handicapped is "PI" nowadays), I is omitted account possible confusion with the numeral. Therefore J is "sort of" close to the wheels.

But take heart, there is a fellow I know whose "top choice" is "B" BECAUSE it is over the wheels.

Enjoy.

I believe Mr. Norman is partly wrong. I recall that Room J is the center room after the steps. The deluxe rooms run A-E and J-N. F was reserved for the Family bedroom though on most cars it now is Room 15. There is no G or I. H is the Handicapped bedroom.
