Does anyone know why the Lakeshore Limited to Boston is leaving so late out of Albany?

Likely because its connection #48 is "uh not exactly' known for its stellar timekeeping, be it fair weather or otherwise.

I am a regular rider of the 48/448 both east and west and know it is not an on time route but this 4 and 5 hours in fair weather is different.I thought maybe there was something happening. Oh, well just means an overnight in Boston and then on Portland.
Thanks
