The link does not seem to be connecting,

By the way, wondering if they have opened the Downtown Richmond VA Station yet?

Here you go:

http://www.billingsgazette.com/index.php?display=rednews/2005/03/14/build/state/30-serving-the-hi-line.inc

You have http identified twice in your reported link, Mr. Capitol Ltd.

For those who have systems that can support video, there is presently some of the Empire Builder offered at that site on its homepage.

Oops,

Yes, Tanner, Main street station is open, and is very nice, however it only serves 4 trains a day, only trains that run through to Newport News can use the station. However there are plans to buy the train shed, next door, back from the state and return it to it's intended purpose, as well as construct a platform on the western side of the station to facilitate train bound for the Carolinas and Florida. The station should be fully functional by 2008.

If you'd like pictures of the interior i can send them to you.

Virginia is on our way to a nice rail network, Mr. Warner and Karen Rae, are doing a very good job.
