By now, all here are aware that the 70 V-Baggage Cars have been delivered - and in the Phase III livery.

When the first of the Viewliner cars started showing up on the property in Phase III, that this was simply a temporary promotion as in "look at our new cars". After a promotional period, they would be reliveried to IV-b.

Now here is a photo of P-32 dual mode 704 in Phase-III. This engine was not part of the Heritage livery applied to one or more P-42 engines. Possibly one engine and 70 Bags is not enough to say "they're going for it", but it is indeed ominous.

All told, looks like 60 Mass is finding a new way to "blow bucks" and otherwise have "circus trains" again.

I'm sure the Dutch love their flag on US engines (or not, as the case may be).
