Does anyone know the name of the manufacturer of the column using a large (~3 ft. diam.) wheel to control either (not sure which) the up/down position of the spout or the water flow valve (there's a photo of one next to the 4-6-4 engine displayed at the Galesburg, IL railroad museum)?
