i don't know who made them, but csx has a couple of former conrail wedge type plows in the baltimore area. they were at locust point yard the last i saw them. they were used, as well as jordan spreaders with the big storm we had on president's day.

I have been with Conrail/NS since 1977 and have only seen Jorden Spreaders used in the western Pennsylvania area. I remember seeing an old wedge plow at Conway. It was coupled to an old tender and both were painted M/W yellow. It sat near the car shop for a few weeks shortly after I hired but then disappeared to who knows where.
